Founder & Director
Frans founded the brokerage in 2015 after an insurance career that began in South Africa, where he was leading a team of 27 by his mid twenties. He holds a Certified Financial Planning diploma, a Diploma in Broking and a Fellow CIP designation, and built the firm around personalised service, treating clients like people rather than policy numbers.
Alicia Tua
Senior Account Manager
Alicia brings more than thirty years in insurance, spanning claims management and running her own brokerage. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and QPIB accreditation, and is known for getting the detail right on complex accounts.
Belal Atmar
Account Manager
Belal works across SME, commercial and corporate lines and holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce from Monash University. He is methodical about matching cover to the way a business actually operates.
Jenny Johnson

Jenny has over a decade in insurance, including seven years as a broker with a focus on protecting property and business assets. She is thorough and practical about where a policy needs to respond.
