We welcome your suggestions, compliments and complaints as an opportunity to improve our service. If something has not met your expectations, we want to hear about it so we can put it right.
Mechanics Insurance is a trading name of GeePeeVee Pty Ltd, a Corporate Authorised Representative (CAR 1008568) of Community Broker Network Pty Ltd (AFSL 233750). Complaints are handled under our licensee's Complaints and Disputes Handling process, set out below.

If you have a complaint about the service provided to you, please give us the opportunity to put things right by contacting us in the first instance. We will do our best to resolve your complaint within 5 working days.

We will try to resolve your complaint quickly and fairly, and no later than 30 days from receiving your complaint.
External review through AFCA
Community Broker Network Pty Ltd is a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). If your complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to refer the matter to AFCA. AFCA provides fair and independent financial services complaint resolution that is free to customers.
